13 de Agosto , 20 :00 H. Con motivo de las nuevas valoraciones catastrales, se va a realizar una reunión informativa para todas las personas interesadas en el CENTRO DE USOS MÚLTIPLES.

INFORMACION SOBRE EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE VALORACION CATASTRAL
Por el Ayuntamiento y la Dirección General del Catastro se está procediendo a una nueva valoración de los inmuebles con la finalidad de adecuar los altos valores catastrales vigentes, a la situación actual del mercado inmobiliario, y al mismo tiempo hacer concordar las características físicas de los inmuebles con la realidad existente.
Se están actualizando los valores catastrales de todos los inmuebles urbanos y todos los rústicos con construcciones del municipio.
Todos los titulares de inmuebles tendrán que ser notificados.
Todos los titulares van a recibir una carta postal de la Dirección General del Catastro en la que se explica la forma de comparecer para obtener la notificación, y además se incluirá una CLAVE PERSONAL con la que se podrá obtener esa notificación. Esta carta se recibirá entre el 26 de agosto y el 10 de septiembre.
La notificación se realizará de la siguiente manera:
- En primer lugar mediante comparecencia personal electrónica
- Si no fuese posible, por notificación postal
- Si tampoco fuese posible mediante un edicto en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia.
NOTIFICACION MEDIANTE COMPARECENCIA ELECTRONICA.
Se podrá hacer en la oficina de Marina de la Torre de Mojácar, en cualquier Gerencia del Catastro, o en cualquier punto de información catastral. O bien en un ordenador personal propio. Este tipo de notificación se podrá realizar hasta el día 09 de octubre.
NOTIFICACION POSTAL
Cuando no se ha podido notificar en el plazo determinado por comparecencia electrónica, se hará una notificación postal en el domicilio fiscal del interesado. El plazo será desde el 10 de octubre al 5 de diciembre.
COMPARECENCIA PRESENCIAL TRAS EDICTO.
Cuando no haya sido posible de ninguna de las maneras anteriores, se hará un anuncio en el Boletín Oficial correspondiente en la que se explica lugar y plazo de exposición pública de titulares sin notificar.
Una vez realizada la notificación, se podrán comprobar los nuevos valores y en su caso presentar las alegaciones que se consideren oportunas.
INFORMATION ABOUT CADASTRAL VALUATION PROCEDURE
The Council of Mojácar and the General Cadastral Direction are proceeding to a reassessment of the property in order to adapt existing high assessed values to the current situation in the state market as well as to match the physical characteristics of properties with the existing reality.
All property cadastral values, rustic and urban buildings of this municipality are being updated and holders will have to be NOTIFIED.
From August 26th to September 10th, all holders will get a card from the General Cadastral Direction with a PASSWORD to have access to the notification.
The notification will be carried out as follows:
1-Using electronic personal appearence
2-When number 1 not possible, by post notification
3-When number 1 and 2 not possible, by publishing and edict
in the Province Official Bulletin.
USING ELECTRONIC PERSONAL APPEARENCE
This notification can be carried out until October 9th at Marina de la Torre Office in Mojácar Playa, in any Land manegement or Cadastral information office, or using your own computer.
POST NOTIFICATION
When electronic personal notification has not been notified within the specified time, a post notification will be carried out from October 10th to December 5th.
PUBLISHING AN EDICT IN THE PROVINCE OFFICIAL BULLETIN
When both of previous ways are not possible, an edict in the Province Official Bulletin has to be published with the holder's name who has not notified, place and specified time.
Once the notification has been done, all the new values will be able to be checked and if necessary, appropriate claims can be submitted.
