Almeria´s commercial harbour is located in the gulf of Almeria, in the southeast Mediterranean coast. It is the Almeria Port Authority that manages the Almeria harbour together with the Carboneras wharf. It has regular transport links with Melilla, Algeria and Morocco, and it is also a stop for the cruise liners that travel along the Mediterranean Sea.It also counts with a fishing port and a sport harbour with 277 berths for vessels.
