there are different incentives to employ: women, young people and long-term unemployed, as well as financial helps for the training of the workers. At Andalusia´s Regional level

the incentive programs are designed to support the set up and modernization of companies and the promotion of the commercial cooperation as well as promote the R+D.The aid can be in the form of: direct grants, refundable and non refundable, interest discounts, participative or other type of loans and venture capital.There are grants of as much as 30% of the investment (50% for small companies), eitherfor new or already set up companies that acquire new infrastructure, create employment, increase their production or invest in technologic innovation

The greatest incentives are designed for projects whose aim is to develop priority sectors or for those who establish themselves in technologic or scientific parks.

In relation to refundable helps, the companies can have access to: co signatures and guarantors, help for the commercial development, support for the internationalization of the companies, help and support for the small commercial and tourist companies, sustainable energy, EIB lines of credit, boost for the renewable energies and energetic efficiency, Jeremy Fund etc.

The Technologic Fund

provides up to 500,000€ per beneficiary that is committed to develop support and consulting services for innovation, R+D technical viability studies or promotion of Research and Development.

Andalusia´s Technological Corporation (CTA) for the R+D and the Industry-Academy cooperation, offer financial help in the Research and Development field. It consists of a grant for 25% and a 75% loan (at 0% interest and 3 years of grace period).

 

The Jeremy Fund

, offers financial help in form of capital venture, loans, with a 75% finance guarantee with the help of the European Commission (European Regional Development) and 25% from the Andalucia´s regional government for a total of 235 million euros.

 

The LOCALIZA-IN

 is an initiative presented by the Community, to optimize the infrastructures of the technological, industrial and logistic parks strategically located in Andalucia. The objective is to facilitate the setting up of companys in these areas. This program is run by the Innovation and Development Andalusian Agency.
